To make cocoa liquor, the cocoa beans are cleaned of impurities, broken and shelled, then roasted and ground.

Origin

Standart: West Africa blend.
Single origin: Venezuela, Ecuador, Ghana, Dominican Republic, Peru, Madagascar or any other origin, under request.

Type

Natural: no treated with alkalizing agents.
Alkalized: treated with alkalizing agents.

Refined

Normal Refined: fineness max. 75 microns.
Extra refined: fineness max. 25 microns (to be added directly to the conching process).

Packaging

Solid-Kibbled: paper bags of 25 kg.
Solid-Blocks: cardboard boxes of 25 kg with polyethylene colored inner.
Liquid-Bulk: 24,000 kg in stainless steel tankers.
