He has developed different jobs in the company as Production Manager, Customer Attention, Plant Engineering, Machinery Projects. Actually is the Research and Development Director, and collaborates usually with “Aula Chocovic”.
He has large experience in the cocoa world and mainly in chocolate manufacturer process.
Born in Manlleu in 1971, is now one of the rising stars of the "new patisserie". Particularly noteworthy in his curriculum is the accolade of Best Master Artisan Pastry Chef MMAPE 97, the highest award in Spanish cake-making.
At the present time he is head of Aula Chocovic, gives national and international courses, records professional videos for the sector and programmes for the Latin American channel elgourmet.com.
He has a passionate interest in research and technology, and is an excellent instructor.
