The idea behind organizing our chocolate course is to, during three days, get 30 – 40 professionals from The Middle Eastern Region in Aula Chocovic to introduce them into the cocoa world and chocolate industry presenting the latest techniques, new machineries, new recipes, solving together the most usual problems, exchanging experiences, visiting Nederland premises… Everything under the leadership of Jaume Soldevilla and the collaboration of Aula Chocovic staff leaded by Ramon Morató.
We will ensure to fulfil the expectations of the attendants according to their level and requirements.
Any person involved in the chocolate business as chocolate or compound manufacturer, bonbon manufacturer, chocolate biscuit manufacturer and ice cream manufacturer will be mostly welcome.!
The course will be in English, therefore, a minimum knowledge of this language is needed to attend.
